PROGRAM: Have your “SPECIAL EVENT”/BIRTHDAY PARTY at Germonds Park
Miniature Golf Course

ELIGIBLE: All groups such as Rotary Clubs, Youth Sports Teams,
Corporate Functions, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, Family
Reunions, Birthday Parties, Etc.

LOCATION: Germonds Park Miniature Golf Course, Germonds Road, West Nyack
DATES: May 2, 2009 thru October 25, 2009
TIMES: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (38008A)
11:00 AM to 12:00 PM (38008B)

DAYS: Saturdays or Sundays
(Call the Administration Office to inquire about the
availability of off-peak days/hours to schedule your event 639-6200.)
RAINDATE: Event/Birthday Parties will be made up with the next AVAILABLE date that is
convenient with the resident.

ACTIVITIES: - One round of Mini Golf (18 holes)
*Contact the Administration Office (639-6200) about renting the picnic
shelter or reserving a picnic area for your event*

FEE: $150.00 (for the first 25 Golfers) - $5.00 for each additional golfer
Fee includes supervision, use of equipment and facilities.
Additional golfers (over 25) can be paid for at the time of
registration or in cash on the day of the party at the mini-golf
course cashier booth
