Featuring Special guest Chef David Martinez of Union Restaurant doing a Cooking Challenge at 10am, where he will be given surprise ingredients from the market and challenged to make a dish highlighting our local bounty on the spot! The opening day also includes ceramics exhibition and demonstration by local artist Cathy McErlean-Goddard, Ask the Master Gardener with Cornell Cooperative Extension, blogging demo with HaverstrawLife, jewelry, antiques, Raffle (at noon) Kids Corner activities and more!
